DESCRIPTION:Cryoelectron tomography (CryoET) and Subtomogram averaging (STA
 ) are emerging techniques for structural biologists. We are happy to annou
 nce that we are hosting a CryoET and STA workshop\, taking place on 2-4 De
 cember 2026 at SciLifeLab\, Stockholm. \n\nThe focus of the workshop is to
  provide training in some of the most recent developments of CryoET and ST
 A data processing using for instance nextPYP\, TomoBEAR\, Warp/M\, taught 
 by the developers themselves.\n\nThe workshop provides hands-on training i
 n CryoET and STA encompassing all stages of the pipeline: alignment and re
 construction of tilt series\, tomogram visualization and archiving\, parti
 cle selection and extraction\, and subtomogram alignment\, averaging\, ref
 inement and classification. No previous experience is required. Participan
 ts are required to bring their own laptops with mouse to the workshop.\n\n
