DESCRIPTION:This workshop aims to introduce the best practice bioinformatic
s methods for processing\, analyses\, visualisation and integration of epi
genomics and functional genomics data.\n\n## [Apply here!](https://forms.g
le/gToSCQffqBgBBcpr8)\n\n#### Topics covered include:\n•	Data processing
and analyses for differential DNA methylation with Illumina EPIC arrays a
 nd Bisulfite-seq\;\n•	ChIP-seq: peak calling\, peak independent / depend
ent quality metrics\, differential binding analysis\; DNA motif enrichment
\;\n•	ATAC-seq: peak calling\, peak independent / dependent quality metr
 ics\, differential accessibility analysis\;\n•	Quantitative ChIP-seq usi
 ng spike-ins\;\n•	CUT&amp\;Tag / CUT&amp\;RUN: Novel methods to investig
 ate protein-chromatin interactions\;\n•	Functional analysis\, including
finding nearest genes and custom features\, GO terms and Reactome pathways
  enrichment\;\n•	Basic multi-omics exploration and integration\;\n•	Vi
sualisations of epigenomics datasets\;\n•	Introduction to analysis of si
ngle cell functional genomics data (scATAC-seq)\;\n•	Introduction to nf-
core pipelines for processing and analysis of epi- and functional genomics
  data : Methylseq\, ChIP-seq\, ATAC-seq.\n\n#### Important dates and infor
 mation\nApplication opens: 2025-04-28\nApplication closes: 2025-08-25\nCon
firmation to accepted students: 2025-08-29\n\n#### Course fee\nThis online

e for academic participants. The fee for non-academic participants is 12 0
00 SEK. \nNo-show fee: If you accept a position at the workshop but fail
to attend without a valid reason (sickness or urgent family matter)\, you
will be liable for a now-show fee of 2 000 SEK (for academic participants)
or the full fee (for non-academic participants). \n\n*Please note that NB
IS cannot invoice individuals\n\nDue to limited space the course can accom
modate a maximum of 25 participants. If we receive more applications\, par
ticipants will be selected based on selection criteria\, including (but no
t limited to) correct entry requirements\, motivation to attend the course
\, as well as gender and geographical balance.
