DESCRIPTION:The aim of this workshop is to introduce best practice bioinfor

 ta. The online teaching includes lectures\, programming tutorials and inte
 ractive group sessions. \n\nTopics covered include:\n- Data processing and
  analyses for differential DNA methylation with Illumina EPIC arrays and B
 isulfite-seq\n- ChIP-seq: overview of the methods\, peak calling\, peak in
 dependent/dependent quality metrics\, joint visualization of different chr
 omatin marks\n- ATAC-seq: peak calling\, peak independent/dependent qualit
 y metrics\, differential accessibility analysis\n- Integrative visualizati
 ons of epigenomics datasets\n- Motif analyses: PWMs\, motif enrichment\, r
 egression-based approaches\n- Functional analyses\, including finding near
 est genes and custom features\, GO terms and Reactome pathways enrichment\
 n- Introduction to analysis of single cell omics such as scATAC-seq
