 tinues to flourish within the realms of Life Science and Bioinformatics 
 – revolutionizing data transformation\, statistical analysis\, and the c
 reation of visuals ready for publication – we are thrilled to offer a wo
 rkshop dedicated to elevating your expertise with R. The course is aimed a
 t both Ph.D. students and researchers within Life Sciences who are already
  using R for basic bioinformatics analyses and who would like to start usi
 ng R at a more advanced level.\n\nWe are excited to announce our invited g
 uest instructors for this year: Jennifer Bryan (Posit)\, Christophe Dervie

  of topics in R programming with focus on R features helpful in bioinforma
 tics and computational biology data analyses workflow:\n●	Reproducible r
 esearch in R (Quarto\, Rmarkdown\, Renv)\n●	Collaborative work using Git
  and GitHub\n●	R code style guide &amp\; best practices\n●	Code debugg
 ing\, optimization and profiling\n●	Parallelization and vectorization in
  R\n●	Crafting your own functions\n●	Object oriented programming and R
  classes: S3\, S4\, R6 and RC\n●	Anatomy of an R package: Creating your 
 own package from scratch\n●	Tidy data flow using tidyverse\n●	Using th
 e language of graphics: ggplot2\n●	Developing web applications using Shi
 ny\n●	R and Python integration using reticulate\n●	Team project work -
  developing data analyses workflow in R using acquired skills\n\nWe offer 
 places for participants from all over the world\, but there are a number o
 f places reserved for participants from Sweden. Due to limited space the c
 ourse can accommodate approximately 45 participants. If we receive more ap
 plications\, participants will be selected based on selection criteria\, i
 ncluding (but not limited to) correct entry requirements\, motivation to a
 ttend the course\, as well as gender and geographical balance.\nBy partici
