The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) brings together over 110 research groups and service teams across the EU for molecular biology research. Part of EMBL's mission is to ensure awareness and application of knowledge developed at EMBL, which includes delivering a training catalogue on a variety of molecular biology topics.

Training courses delivered by EMBL are released annually. The 2027 course offerings include:

• Analysis and integration of transcriptome and proteome data
• 3D cultures, spheroids, organoids, and explants
• Advanced deep learning for image analysis
• Liquid biopsies
• Structural bioinformatics
